"it great if your looking for a secure place to stay while in manila close to the airport and like 5 min walk to SM."

the people were nice the security were friendly and the resort was great. they have laundry services on site that will wash and dry your clothes there is also heaps of pools and the wave pool was fun they got a beach bar while I find great and there service was amazing. there is also convenience stores located on site if you need to get stuff or food. the owner was very understanding cause my flight got delayed. overall it was fantastic

the drains in the bathroom keep getting blocked

We were not assisted properly. We had to wait at the gate of Azure for a few hours before being allowed to check in. We called for assistance but the owner just blamed us on the matter. The staff were not responsive and their phones can't be reached.

Nothing

Opened balcony to find 16 lanes of heavy traffic in front of me. The fumes were disgusting. The wave pool is not free and we had to pay £4 each to use pool. Nearly called police to get our passports back when we were leaving as there was nobody at property to sign paper slip. Would never ever go back. Most horrible place we have ever stayed due to the heavy traffic and fumes outside.
