Is not clean they have cockroach and the washing machine is not working the elevator is poor no garbage shots no dryer no hanger

Great location, convenience stores and SM MOA were nearby. The staff was accommodating. The AC functioned well. The Wi-fi had a strong connection.

The pictures in the app were deceiving vs. the actual. Rm. 416 needs to renovate it's design to become cozy (I think all of their units, based on the reviews) Furnitures are damaged such as the sofa and bed was only good for 1 person. The curtains and rugs are dirty. The fittings and fixtures like the television wasn't functionable (not a smart TV) we can't watch Netflix! The price of Php 2,220/night was unjustifiable. Lack of utensils and small cockroaches are on the way!

There were both dead and live roaches in the unit. Also, the parking fee was different from what was stated in the info we received before arriving.

Great location. Everything you need is inside the room.

The AC was leaking. Old furniture, but it was fine.

The location is very practical, very accommodating staff from check in to check out. And also the security are very tight with the visitors so i feel more secure. And it is more convenient if you run out of some stuffs or cravings some foods, you can walk around within the vicinity in morning also if you want to have a little exercise. The room was clean and comfortable.

Only the access to the pool area. And the small cockroaches 🫩
