Location was very close to MOA, convenience store attached to the building, quiet area, felt safe, front staff were friendly, host was friendly and responsive , wifi was good, AC was good, close to the airport

Room had a handful of bugs and tiny cockroaches, water head shower wasn’t working and had to use hand shower, bed uncomfortable, mattress looks old, tv remote wasn’t working properly, a little cramp for family of 5

Location was great. It very close to the mall of Asia, right now 5-10 mins walk which is very convenient. Host responds fast and there's always someone in the lobby ( nephew) you can ask questions or if need anything. The condo was clean and equipped with almost everything you need for a few days stay. You can even cook a little something inside the unit . Comfy stay and close to everything.

There were barely any toiletries. I have used booking.com so many times and booked on many condos/ apartment and also Airbnb's and all of them have well stocked toiletries: Shampoo, conditioner, lotions, soap, tooth brush and more except this one. They have toothbrush and a small bar of soap for a 4 night stay. I have to find us the other essentials to use for our stay. The TV dont work, it's on and the remote control is there but looks like the battery of the remote was dead so can't really do anything with the TV. There's a washing machine in the unit but no washing soap or pods to use. We tried to buy pods or soap at the convenience store downstairs but they dont have singles that we can use just for one or 2 times during our stay. I also saw there was a bug running around the bathroom , so we have to make sure we seal our food at night. We clean after ourselves on places like this, but this time the cleaning and whatever fees that was added was a bit much , I think. Though despite all these little things , It was a pleasant stay overall.

The host was so kind, attentive, and considerate. It was an excellent service. Also, her niece was kind as the host. The price was budget friendly and the place was just right for me and my family. Looking forward to staying here again soon. Thank you so much Ms. Carol. May God bless you more.

It's not that I really don't like it, but maybe it would be better to have a smaller table since the place isn't that spacious, but overall it's fine.
