Location, amenities, easy Check in, very comfy bed, lots of extra beds available.

Bathroom in Master's bedroom had a sewer smell and no hot shower. We just opted to use the common bathroom since that had a hot shower and the smell can be sprayed with alcohol or deodorizer.

I didnt meet the hosts but the were very flexible and granted a request for an extension of check out time.

The flTat was not very clean. There was mould on the shower curtain, and we saw several cockroaches. The whole building smelt a bit, so I don't think this was the owners' fault necessarily, but things like properly cleaned drains and floors and fresh shower curtain should be do-able, even at the very reasonable price we paid.

There is a bad smell something stink but didnt know where it came from.

Super large apartment at a great price-performance ratio. We stayed in it with our 3 kids for a month. The check in was without any problems. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. A washer and dryer, air conditioning in every room, just to name one of the best things. The pool is only one floor below the apartment. If there was a concern the apartment attendant was always immediately available, very nice and it was responded to promptly. The location could not be better. Just across the street is the ALIMALL and more just in the area. We had a lot of official business to take care of. All the important offices are in the ALIMALL. The MRT and LRT station are within 500m walking distance. A cab stand is just around the corner.

The use fee for the pool is in my opinion too high for 100 pesos per person per hour, although it must be said that it is very well maintained.

It’s in the center of all shopping and restaurants. The staff are very nice and flexible. The kitchen was complete and condo was clean

There was a bad smell in 2 bathrooms and I think it was the drainage/ septic tank
