its very convenient, it is near to the mall, grocery stores and my kids enjoyed their stay

we dont have free access to the pool and gym

The Condo unit is nice and clean. It is very accessible near the malls.

There are some renevations needed on the condo, some of the walls specially on the bottom part are broken. Hot water is not that hot. But all in all the experience is good.

You have everything you need, very spacious and the best shower experience.

Literally felt like I was at home and almost everything we needed were available. The place was very spacious, too, and very near sa venue. The owner was very accommdating with my questions, too. Would definitely book again! 😊

The trash of the previous guests before us were not yet thrown so we did it ourselves. Nonetheless, our stay was very highly recommended.

This apartment is located in a nice part of Manila with lots of shops and restaurants on your doorstep. We had filtered water delivered on arrival. Good communication with the owner. Air conditioned.

Old and falling apart. There was a funny smell in the apartment and kitchen.There is a swimming pool but we weren't told that we had to pay extra each time we wanted to use it, and there was a maximum of 1 hour 15 minutes. We felt we weren't very welcome using the pool as Westerners. There should be instructions on how to work the tv/ sound bar.

Accessible , don’t need to commute just walk .
