The owner and his sister are available anytime just send them message and they will reply and solve your request. We always booked their condo's whenever we visited Manila.

The property manager was very accommodating and helpful. She helped me out in getting my room key and pass despite of the communication and internet issues I was having upon arrival. The security staff and personnel also did a great job in resolving my concerns during check in. They even let me use their cellphones to call and send messages to the property manager. I greatly appreciate their hospitality, KUDOS to everyone!

This was an airbnb type of accommodations. Kitchen was good. Building security was good. The place is so close to many restaurants, shops and markets. I would say the place is in A+ location.

There were six of us. Only five were able to sleep comfortably on the bed. The sixth person had to sleep on the couch uncomfortably. The television would sometimes not work

The property is very convenient, and easy to find. I highly recommend it.

It would have been better to upgrade to new fixtures and appliances like the AC.

The location and the staff are exceptional. Also the guards are very helpul on accomodating taxi cab.

The place were beat up. Beds are okay at 2nd bedroom. But my room(MBedroom) bed cover had pieces of hair and smells sweat🥲. Aircon was decent. Over all My family likes it because it's walking distance to gateway mall and farmers market.
