The location was very good; convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc.

The unit needed a lot of updating and maintenance; the kitchen faucet was leaking. The toilets were not flushing very well. The air conditioning unit in the living room needed to be mounted properly. Overall: unit wasn't well kept. Only pro: it was spacious (2-bdrm, 2-bath unit).

Short walk to malls. We got cotton towels which is good. Aircon and hot water were very good. Netflix/youtube was great. Em was very nice and accommodating to our requests.

Did not use main bathroom sink because it fills up and drains very slowly. The dining table and chairs are shaking/unsafe and could break so we sat on the sofas.
