Old furniture, no parking

Property was in an excellent location. Close to everything. It has 2 bathrooms which made it perfect for a group. Felt very safe.

I feel that the bathrooms could have been cleaner. Found a big cockroach in the shower in the en-suite bathroom. Although not related to the unit itself, I believe it is worth mentioning that the elevator had a funky smell.

We stayed for 6 days, and everything was smooth from start to finish. The host was easy to talk to and very accommodating, especially when I requested to extend for another day. The washing machine and dryer were really convenient for us, and any requests were managed right away. They were always just one call or Viber message away.

One of the chairs was broken, and the glass center table wasn’t very baby-friendly. The biggest hassle for us was the parking, you need to leave the parking area before 12 midnight to avoid being charged for an overnight stay plus the hourly fee. We had to set an alarm just to move the car and wait until past midnight, which was quite inconvenient.

The basement parking has water leaking and it smells really bad, not sure if it’s coming from the sewer. The same odor can be smelled in the sink of the condo unit.

Situated in the city center of cubao, quezon city. Surrounded with malls, convenience stores and restaurants. With Pay parking at the basement, free wifi, comes with entertainment, kitchen utensils and laundry. The staff, guards, the hosts and ms ems are nice and respectful. Super recommended

It's location. Walking distance from the malls, with 7-11 store at the ground floor.
