-To the person whom i booked for our room we appreciate her even kahit 1 day na trinansfer kme sa other accomodating area pero bumawi naman sya sa room na comfort sa amin. -Welcoming ambiance -Very comfortable area and easy access to near areas like MOA and Manila Bay, groceries, restaurants and many more❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍👍

-very small-old type of casseroles and no covers to it -some towels are old -batterya ng remote ng TV hindi napalitan -suggestions:put some free mineral water or soap and toothpaste

"COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE. SLOW SERVICE. MANAGEMENT DON’T CARE."

There is nothing to like. For 14k everything is TERRIBLE

I didn’t like the service. How slow the management is. And the fact that there was cockroaches everywhere coming in our food and bed. DISGUSTING. Fan is not working only one AC. TV IS NOT WORKING. NO ENTERTAINMENT. ALL YOU GET IS A BLAND ROOM FULL OF COCKROACHES. ALSO, I BOOKED A ROOM IN SHELL RESIDENCE ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY TRANSFERRED US TO SHORE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION SO WE WHEN WE ARRIVED AT SHELL THEY TOLD US TO TRANSFER TO SHORE WHICH IS VERY INCONVENIENT. THE HOST OR MANAGER JOCY FERMIN I DONT KNOW IF THATS HER REAL NAME, SHE’S OUT OF REACH WHENEVER WE ASK FOR HELP OR ASSISTANCE. ROOM WAS DISGUSTING. No words to explain how dissatisfied I am with 14k room that I booked for my family.

Dit accommodatie is verschrikkelijk en smerig!! Zonde van je geld! Met veel spijt hebben we deze accommodatie geboekt alle foto’s die je ziet is niet van waar!!! Beddengoed was vies en niet verschoond er liepen overal kakkerlakken en er lag een plas water op de grond van airco die lekte!! De eigenaar reageerde niet en gaf aan de kosten niet dekken
