Love the location, 15 minutes to airport, clean and comfy.

With hidden tax when you pay the unit.

Excellent location.

The curtains are little dusty.

Location is very practical since it is direct from the Train station MRT. Also restaurant and supermarket on the same building.

The towels and bed linen are not applicable for the guests. I highly recommend to provide a new. Also in the kitchen , perhaps handtowels.

We only stayed overnight to get some work done, but we actually really enjoyed the place—mainly because of the awesome location. Parking was cheap, the room was super spacious with a great view of Makati, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Totally worth the price! Check-in was a breeze too, and there weren’t a million house rules to stress about.

Not a big deal, but it would've been nice if they included toothpaste too—since they already provided shampoo, soap, and a toothbrush. Might as well complete the set, right? Haha!

It is a clean unit , 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, I like the furniture it looks better than what I saw in the picture.. I liked it really it is almost classic wooden furniture and leather sofa. The shower in both toilets are working perfectly. A little mall under the building McDonald & some restaurant, 7 eleven and Robinson super market. It is good place for a family of 4 people or 2 couples.

Nothing every thing is good but , I have to mention small issues..!! 1. to get to the apartment just tell the driver or your GPS ( San Lorenzo place, tower 2 ) don’t use the owner address on booking.com 2. Little, confusion could make some people thinking it is not easy to reach to the unit ( because of changing the elevators ) but it so easy, just walk in the 6th floor & take the elevator to 29 floor don’t worry it is easy thing, specially the building has a fast & good Mitsubishi elevators . In general, nothing bad ✋🏽

Not too expensive

Cockroaches everywhere and we were not allowed to stay few hours longer. We were not allowed to stay a few hours longer, nor were we allowed to leave our luggage for even a single hour. As a result, I had to book a hotel for 5 hours because my flight was moved 5 hours later.
