The place is near for everything, unit is spacious, the guards downstairs are nice. It has utensil and cooking stuff! It was amazing stay.

Location is very sentral, near shopping malls. Aircondition worked very well. Wi fi connection is very good.

I wish the unit specially the bathrooms were cleaner, and could have new towels.

"Great, clean apartment."

Great location, clean and good facilities. Near to restaurants and supermarket. Great pool.

TV speakers didn’t work very well, so we had to use subtitles, which was t an issue, really.

Good apartment, good location. There is a mall at the ground floor, with variety of restaurants available. Nearby drive to all the amenities and would recommend this place for short stay in Manila.

Water pressure was a problem. There were 2 bathrooms in the unit, however only used 1 due to the higher water pressure. Owner to relook at this issue otherwise its a good apartment with a great view of the city!

The location was good

We stayed at this property twice and on both occasions we received no response from messages sent to Larico. Kitchen utensils were minimal as well as a lack drinking glasses.
