The owner is responsive to my questions. She is nice.

I was not informed nor advised from the beginning that there will be a payment to use the pool. So my kids were already enjoying swimming in the pool when the security guard approached us,and was told to get a wristband. Not knowing theres extra charges to use the pool. I hope it was disclosed from the beginning. Theres wifi, and hot shower.

Location

Having to pay for the swimming pool then told no food or drink allowed. The agent for the owner was very unprofessional we asked for help then waited over 90 minutes until we contacted the agent who finally helped but the situation could have taken 5 minutes to resolve

I was at the 2 nd floor just by the road so its kinda noisy due to vehicles
