I was scammed in this booking

I have lodged multiple complaints about this property. They were uncooperative, I could not find the location because they did not provide the location until they received documents, this was not previously informed and I had to wait for a long time to get a response. The number listed is an incorrect number, they were unreachable. They could have simply given me the location so I could give them my documents,

Terrible communication from property. Almost thought we were getting scammed. Non compromising for early check in so I rented two nights to assure a three hour early check in. Decent enough building but for the money, you can do so much better. I didn’t get unit I rented due to some arbitrary rule they throw at you hours before check in about having three different items. ID- I had no problem providing Vaccine card- I had proof luckily in a photo I travel with. Recent PSR test- I hadn’t expected to have to supply a recent Covid test result. If you don’t have a result you do not get the unit they show in all of their online pics. Instead we got a micro, two story, steep staircase with no hand rail. (Forget getting to bedroom if you have mobility issues. I’d pass on this rental. Too many better options to get caught in this unit. Concierge is surprised when you show up and seem like they have no idea who you are or why you’re there. Zero check in procedures unless you’ve communicated with whomever is handling your online booking, and good luck with that.
