The location.

Our stay was unfortunately quite stressful due to several issues with check-in, communication, and basic amenities. We arrived at 1 p.m. as agreed and confirmed in our booking, but upon arrival we were told the room was still being cleaned and not yet ready. We were only able to check in close to 2 p.m. During this time, a staff member approached us without introducing himself and simply asked if we were checking in. When I inquired further, it turned out there was confusion — he was actually tasked with collecting keys from departing guests, not assisting new arrivals. When we finally got to our room, there were no towels. I contacted the property manager, who explained that they were understaffed and still waiting for laundry to be delivered due to multiple check-outs. Unfortunately, towels were only brought to us the following morning — just a few hours before we were due to check out. To make matters worse, two staff members knocked on our door between 8–9 a.m. to give us a receipt and collect payment, even though my booking was made through Booking.com and I expected the payment to be processed automatically. I had to confirm myself that no payment had been taken yet. Despite sending the manager the receipt and confirmation, staff returned again to collect payment in person. Overall, the stay was disorganized and stressful. The poor communication between the property manager and her staff caused unnecessary inconvenience. I hope management can address these issues for future guests.
