Transportation convenient

Shower head is broken, cant take shower well because the shower head is brokwen. Need to repair or change a new one

"Bad place to stay"

Close to a public transport

The toilet was leaking the first day I arrived. I informed the host emmideately but no one to fix it. I went to the toilet at 3 am I did not see that the toilet was flooded. I slipped and hurt myself. I messages the host straight away. She sent someone to collect the bills in my room. There were heaps of small cockcroaches at the nigth time coming out everywhere. The host sent someone to collect the bills even it's not check out time yet. I was having a shower and told the person behind the door I was dressing up and continue banging the door. I wrapped myself with the towel. I open the door, he still asked me to pay. They are very rude very bad customer service. They required to pay me in cash which was not written in their booking confirmation. They double charge me of the housekeeping. They do not have body soap. There was a very tin hand soap. There was smell invthe room.
