It was extremely clean very spacious perfect location.

Located in a busy area you hear some traffic but it was ok. I would go back for sure,cafes and restaurant located within 5 minutes or less walk to AirBnB

L’appartement est très bien placé pour visiter la ville, et le parking est complètement sécurisé. Les chambres sont très grande et tout est très propre. Les 2 salles de bain sont un plus très agréable.

Le fait de ne pas pouvoir cuisiner mais nous le savions au moment de la réservation, alors pas de problème, surtout pour une nuit !

Appartamento a pochi metri dal centro di Matera con la comodità del garage privato. Gestore cordiale. L'appartamento è situato al 3 ° piano di un palazzo con ascensore, nelle vicinanze bar, ristoranti e pizzerie.La cucina è presente, ma come specificato al momento della prenotazione, non è consentita la preparazione del cibo, forno a microonde e bollitore, 2 bagni di cui uno con vasca idromassaggio e l'altro con doccia, ampio salone con camera da letto divano, tv e balcone che affaccia sulla via principale, altra camera da letto dalle dimensioni piu' che soddisfacenti, tv, in tutte le stanze aria condizionata e wifi. Cosa dire tutto perfetto.

Hôte très accueillant qui nous a fourni le nom de très bons restaurants. Nous avons apprécié le parking privé à 2mn de la location que nous avons pu gardé même après notre heure de départ. Salle de bain avec baignoire balneo
