There are traces of molds in the sink and in the bathroom. The bathroom also had a slightly unpleasant smell

The unit itself is nice, comfortable, clean. The location is very good, it is very near to all coffee shops, malls and restaurants. Ms Cristine was very nice and accommodating💜

What i didnt like is the elevator of the building some are not working, thats why the long queue was built up, also the parking, its so expensive for the overnight parking.

The location was the only thing we liked about this property

What we did not like was the cleanliness, poor electrical arrangement in the kitchen, not hot water available to shower, no TV or internet for two days because it was not setup, too close to the communal rubbish disposal room and cockroaches running around the kitchen and bathroom. The carpet rug was filthy and the sparse kitchen utensils and pots and pans were inadequate and dirty...even the wall clock was stuck on 2:30pm because there was no battery! This apartment is designed to make money for the owner and not for the comfort of travellers. Everyday we had to hand wash using a bucket and tabo because the electric hot water heater did not work. The owner's agent confirmed they knew about the problem prior to my arrival but still allowed us to check-in. We should have been told and given the option to cancel and rebook elsewhere. 5 days & 4 nights with No Hot water - just a kettle! The owner gave no help or compensation despite knowing the problem. A daily complaint to Booking.com yielded No Help whatsoever. We were on our own and left 5 days later without having one decent shower. The worst stay and experience I have ever had using Booking.com with a complete lack of concern or help from their Customer Service Dept. I received polite replies to my daily complaints but nothing was done and I was reminded by them it was nothing to do with them and I had to fight my own battle with the owner - which was impossible - he already had our money so what could we do? Even though Booking.com were aware of the problems they still allowed this property to be listed on their website to take bookings! Shocking! My closing advice - only use a reputable hotel when using Booking.com and if you want to use private property like this one use AirB&B.
