Heater is not working and the shower curtain is very dirty

The room came with its cooking facilities and was clean. The concierge staff were helpful and pleasant also. We had internet which was a nice surprise as the room was listed without and also the very large tv was nice for our children to be able to relax and u wind to.

The room was advertised with a double bed and sofa bed. There was no sofa bed, instead, a blowup mattress was supplied which kept deflating through the night meaning our children practically slept on the floor. We mentioned this and were greeted by the housekeeper who came to check and sai was fine but it deflated again so we gave up complaining. The shower did not provide hot water and just ran cold. We were given the number for the housekeeper but could not grt through so kept going to the host who replied when he could which delayed any assistance. The electricity was not safe also. Extension leads privided for all outlets overloading each area. Bedding also was not provided for the blow up mattress we had to co tact and wait late for this to be provided. If booking. Do not expect decent accommodation for more than 2 persons and be cautious when using the electricity. You have to pre fill in forms prior to arrival also. It asks for covid vaccinations but these are not needed to stay. This is not pre mentioned in advert either.

the pool need to pay,,we register like 4pm for the pool so just few hours we enjoy.hindi masyado nasulit

It was very homey, almost all the things we need during our stay was there. For sure we will come back and book again.

There seems to be quite a lot of documentations needed before checking in. But it does not matter because it is for the customer's safety anyway.
