The location is nice. We enjoy the swimming pool. The apartment is clean and have extra bed which is very good. But in the midnight quiet noisy. Sound of vehicles a little bit annoyed.

No air conditioning in the living room. There is a problem with the door toilet.

No Aircon in the living room, the home switch needs to use an access card and only one card, is very inconvenient, once take out the card the home will switch off immediately 😞 No washing machine

- Daniel is a lovely host. He kindly accepted our request for early check in as we were travelling with 2 toddlers and parents. Clear instructions were given for check in/out process. - The house is good value for money. - Towels and basic toiletries provided. - Kitchen equipped with basic utensils, induction, pans and fridge. No microwave. - The location is 10-15 min drive to tourist places like jonker st, river cruise. There are malls right across the street, but unfortunately no pedestrian crossing on the busy road. Hence, we still had to take a cab since no way to cross the road. -Swimming pool with kids slides. -Cabs are not allowed to enter till the hotel lobby, hence book an apartment in wing 1-3. The other wings are farther away from the guardhouse, so need to walk in hot weather. - This place is good for budget travellers.

- The swimming pools were dirty from heavy rain and no cleaning was done. - No hand towels. - The aircon in bigger room not very effective during the day as the room gets super hot. - The shower in common bathroom literally has no pressure. We all had to use the master bathroom where the shower was better, but still low pressure. Really need to fix this. - No aircon in the living room. Only a portable cooler which is not effective. The house was super hot when we entered. No food allowed in the bedrooms, but how to eat in the hot living area.
