The flat is really spacious, well equipped and clean. A really nice place even if it s a bit far from the lively places. I recommend 👌

It is very spacious and clean, it has kitchen utensils.

No proper parking lot, we parked in a very small area which is very difficult for me and it is paid parking.

Very nice place to stay with family very spacious,clean,located at the heart of Manila very near to Pasay ,Makati and Wherever you’re bound to.I can actually recommend this place to stay.

Reaching out with caretaker is difficult sometimes they do not reply.

You get your value for money. Good for big groups. Good location. Big rooms and good airconditioning.

Some facilities are old and needs replacement (like the bunk bed). Water pressure is a bit of an issue too but i guess this is the building's problem. Pool needs more frequent cleaning
