"Basic needs only"

Good price for basic needs and comfortable enough. Easy access to Makati area

Missing basic misc items, no toilet paper, no hand soap, no tea towel for drying dishes. Which is fine and still workable. Cockroaches in the fridge and kitchen area.

"Avoid"

The aircon was cold and there was security 24hrs a day. There's also a good massage parlour below.

Looks nothing like the pictures. Smelled like mold and the bathroom was moldy. There was no soap in the bathroom. And not a great location.

à l arrivée , un 1er accueil qui peine à trouver la résa/ attente , l ascenseur qui dysfonctionne

taille de l appart satisfaisante mais farci de cafards , problème d eau qui coule en filet et pas d eau chaude literie impeccable cependant bâtiment un peu vétuste , piscine pas très engageante
