"It's not the whole house, it's a room."

Location was close to the hospital which was the reason for our stay

Small.. dirty.. unleveled.. broken fan and tv. Also read the description carefully. It's not the whole house it's a room in a house that's upstairs. It's more for a single person or two but not a family or children or elders.

It was quiet, conveniently located near plenty of shopping and eatery spots. Location is ideal.

The climbing of the stairs. There were some people that weren't abiding by the rules and a little dusty when the heat came on.

"Nice, quaint & quiet"

Very nice. Great location. Everything works properly. All-in-all a great stay!

It said "All yours." It didn't mention it was one of several rooms in a shared building up MANY steps. With a bad hip-moving in and out was TRETOROUS! Parking is in the back with no rear entry- so you also have to carry all of your things around the building. I was locked out several times, but was let in very quickly every time.

"We left exhausted and very unhappy."

The place was clean.

The door lock alarm went off every 2 hours the whole night of the last night. We thought someone was trying to break into our room. We heard the neighbors until 3 a.m. laughing and talking. The inside window seals were rottening. The twin bed's slats on the frame kept falling on the floor during the night. Too many stairs for people with disabilities. No accomidations for handicapped people.

"Dauphin Charm"

The location was close to downtown and the Battleships. Beds we so comfortable! The apartment was cozy. Theres lots of parking in the back off street. The neighborhood was cute and quite. perfect for a couple or small family.

The steep long flight of stairs to get to the apartment. I thought it was a lower level from the way pictures showed. I wouldn't recommend this place for small kids or the elderly.

"It was a short trip and it was fine for what we needed."

It was OK.

It was dusty. We placed bottles waters on top of the fridge and it was gross up there. It’s obvious they don’t deep clean. Rental properties need to be deep cleaned often. The carpet on the stairs was old and dirty.
