A 3 minutos andando de una panadería, un supermercado y la Parada de tranvía que te deja en el centro de Venecia. Las habitaciones son amplias y espaciosas

No tiene sofá pero no se echa de menos.

The apartment is in a good location for access to Venice on the T1 tram. There is also a good bakery and grocery store very close the the apartment

The key pick up is a bit of a pain as you need to go to a separate location to get the key before going to the apartment. When we arrived to the apartment we realized the blankets we dirty in the room with twin beds. One of the blankets had feces on them, yes that right a real doodoo, poop, turd stain. This was not just a stain though, you could smell it....The other blanket had what looked to be clotted blood. The apartment contact was quick to change the blankets and have the apartment recleaned the following day but this was disgusting and tainted our stay. Other things to know, there is no living room or couch, the TV is not a smart TV and no broom to clean up on your own.

Il posto è super comodo. Vicino al tramvia ed altri mesi di trasporto.

Ambiente caldo, pulito e accogliente

Appartamento pulitissimo, ben accessoriato. Ottimamente collegato con Venezia, tram 1 sotto casa diretto per piazzale Roma in 20 minuti senza stress per i bambini. Coop e tabacchi a 100 metri. Pizzerie e trattorie a due passi. Abbiamo soggiornato a capodanno con 2 gradi fuori, appartamento caldissimo. Posto auto in strada facile da trovare. Suggerimenti: lavatrice e piccolo divanetto in sala/cucina per perfezionare il soggiorno. Lo consiglio.
