Het is een heel ruim appartement op een goede ligging als je Venetië wil bezoeken. We zijn twee nachten gebleven met tiener kinderen en veel bagage omdat we al langer onderweg zijn. In die zin was veel ruimte echt welkom. Ik kreeg ook snel antwoord op mijn vragen voor ons aankomen. Het is een goede plaats.

De keuken is wel erg minimalistisch uitgerust. Geen toaster, bvb. Er is wel een vaatwas maar geen blokjes. Het was geen probleem geweest als wij het op voorhand wisten. Het is niet zo interessant om voor twee nachten een hele doos te kopen. Dit geldt ook voor iets tegen de muggen. Er waren er veel en ook apparaten maar geen vulling. Er waren er ook een paar kleine mankamenten zoals een haardroger die niet werkte of het licht bij de lavabo dat stuk was. Dit zijn kleinigheden die misschien heel gemakkelijk zouden kunnen opgelost worden.

Très bien pour visiter Venise, le tramway est tout proche.

Everything was great , great communication with host, location fantastic, apartment had Everything we needed , clean and spacious, tram stop right beside it with direct line to venice , lovely cafe and shop with all essentials right beside too, would definitely recommend

Cosy, easy to reach from Venice, clean apartment

Air thermostat is in a lock box, in January is pretty cold in the apartment and heat is not adjustable.

The location of the apartment is perfect. Bus 2 and the tram T1 provide direct access to Venice and train station, making it very convenient for travelers. There’s also a supermarket, fish sellers, and a coffee shop nearby, which adds to the convenience. Overall, the apartment is highly recommended if the manager makes some improvements in the bathroom.

The process of collecting the keys was quite inconvenient, as we had to pick them up from a real estate office about 10 minutes away from the apartment. This proved difficult, especially with heavy luggage. Additionally, the walls are quite thin and not soundproof. In the mornings, the noise from neighbors leaving for school or work was very loud, and we were woken up around 7 to 8 AM each day. There are also about 10 steps leading up to the apartment, which could be a challenge if you're carrying heavy luggage or need assistance.The bathroom lacked sufficient cloth hangers, and we have already informed the manager about this for future improvements.

Good location close to tram stop.

We liked the location. It was easy to reach Venice by tram.
