OSI Apartments Bandra West

It was in an affluent area.

The property is extremely small, there was a bunch of trash and men carrying out construction works on the doorstep of the apartment as there was renovation works carried out to the apparent nextdoor. I asked the property owner to kindly refund my booking as this wasn’t suitable for us to stay there. He refused despite my plea given the reasons above. Really unpleasant and selfish attitude.

Only the location. Staff were polite and very helpful at all times.

The Kitchen facilities were of poor quality. There was no kettle. No small utensil to make tea or boil milk. Was unable to make tea, as only one very big utensil was there. There was no frying pan, only a tawa was made available where we fried some eggs on. Kitchen had no standards at all. So also the toilets, the flush was constantly running water etc....The room was a bit misty.

Clean and nice.

The apartment is nice but the stairs and common area is not. I though India would have more affordable accommodation.

Flat was clean with all necessary amenities.

Staff wasn't helpful at all. Also it is located in such a lane that Ola and Uber couldn't find the address.

Big place. Roomers where clean. Beds where comfortable. AC was great. Nice big tv with Netflix.

Commons space of the building and elevator are clean. Location is far from most tourist attractions. Found prices for accommodation in Mumbai to be very high.

Nothing to like.

Surrounding and room condition is very bad. Bd smell inside the room. All stuff's behaviour is very bad. I suggest everyone not to book this flat without prior inspection.
