"Miły gospodarz, niestety odór papierosów w mieszkaniu rujnuje jego starania"

Gospodarz był bardzo miły i pomocny, kontakt przebiegał bez problemu. Budynek z zewnątrz prezentuje się lepiej niż samo mieszkanie w środku. Lokal nie jest duży, wyposażenie dość ubogie, ale na krótki pobyt wystarczające.

Największym problemem był jednak bardzo silny zapach papierosów w mieszkaniu — odor był potworny i powodował duży dyskomfort, a nawet długie wietrzenie praktycznie nie pomagało. Dodatkowo okolica sprawiała wrażenie akademika lub domu studenckiego, było bardzo dużo młodych ludzi i w nocy zdarzało się kopanie w drzwi oraz hałas.
