The Percy's Luxury

Excellent location. Some good furnishings let down by the negatives. Very comfortable beds.

1/ Had to wait outside for 20 minutes before getting a reply from one of the two phone numbers supplied and being able to enter 2/ Only three bath towels for four people. 3/ Only two partial loo rolls with no spares 4/ Stained sheets pn one of the beds 5/ Flooring in need of repair causing a trip hazard. 6/ Nice coffee machine but no coffee 7/ Dirty laundry next to the washing machine

Great location, apartment was a lovely size having 2 bathrooms was excellent. Great communication from the owner. The apartment could do with a little TLC & the mattress need to be replaced they are very soft & don’t bode well for a good nights sleep. We were there for one night while going to the theatre so served a purpose.

Parking fee is expensive.

Very comfortable appartment near to the city center (5mins to Oxford castle, 10 to the Bodleian libraries) Fully equipped even for a longer stay.

The property is definitely not luxury. There were no towels in the bathroom and it was too late when we arrived to buy any . All the beds were very old and needed replacing as did the pillows. The duvet cover was not changed from the previous guests in all beds.

Location of the apartment and decor was great. Welcome pack received was brilliant

No TV in the lounge, it would have been ideal to have a TV there.
