The soft furnishings like bedding, couch & dining chairs could have been in better shape. Need another fan in hot weather

The location was great. Perfect for three friends to share as we all had our own bed. The flat had all the amenities you could need. Nice balcony too.

It was a bit hot. But there were air conditioners provided and all the windows opened so we were ok.

Very nice fitting and decor. Big living room, well equipped kitchen, good water pressure, the electric fans were very much appreciated as we came when it was a bit too warm in Oxford, plenty of amenities, very clear and detailed instructions for using appliances and so on. The owner was prompted in reply when we called.

the coffee machine and the dish washing machine do need a proper cleaning (we opted to use the coffee press and tried our best to clean the dishwashing machine though).

Tiantian was very quick to respond to all my enquiries. Location was great as it was just opposite Westgate shopping centre and quite walkable to most of Oxford University Colleges and Oxford attractions.

More hangers in the cupboards would be good.

The location was fantastic. The property itself was also good.

The bed sheets had clearly not been changed and were dirty as were the pillow cases. This is unacceptable and unhygienic. I contacted the owners who did not respond properly. A real shame as otherwise would have rated this property better.

Fantastic stay - amazing location and comfortable space. 2 equally nice bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Communication and instructions were great ahead of arrival. Access was independent. Self catering was easy with a supermarket nearby and many restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Everything was great!
