"STAY AWAY!!! Property run by scammers called Suvarna Group"

Nothing, it was 100% nightmare.

These people scammed me. It's not one host, it's a shady company called Suvarna Group operating many properties in Mysore. They are cheating in the Booking.com system, they are scamming their customers, and are an absolute nightmare to deal with. My advice is to avoid them at all costs.
