The location is central and easy to get to everywhere. Nagoya Hill mall and Nagoya city walk is within walking distance and there are quite a few eating places surrounding the apartment.

I do not like that there is only ONE toilet in the apartment. No toilet in the master bedroom. No washing machine and microwave is available too which is a first for me when staying in an apartment. No broom to use in the room. So we have to handpick all our crumbs on the floor. Making our 3 days stay quite tedious on keeping room clean. Wifi is unstable most of the time, so kids cannot enjoy cartoons on youtube during their downtime in the room. On our last day, toilet broke. Making it unable to flush. I had to go down to 1st floor to do my “business”. No telephone in room, ao unable to call the staff directly for any issue. Have to message through booking.com app and response is not immediate. Fromt desk barely have any staff. Only seen them during check in otherwise, most time is not there.

East access around city

Location is convenient to the mall, shops and good local dining corners. Staff was friendly and do take note (was not informed) you are able to change towels and clear the rubbish every morning. The cleaners are ready and on duty.

Mainly the wifi is fairly unstable. It goes on and off that watching Netflix on the tv goes into pauses. Just have to be patient.
