Beautiful view

Nice view from the balcony. Even when the sunrise heat directly to the room, the Aircon did a good job.

WiFi unstable most of the times. The teapot is rusty. Upon arrival, didn't receive any welcome or thank you or smile from the staffs. But the staff on our floor assisted well and smiles were finally seen. And great hospitality.

1. The location was great. 2. The view was superb at 27 floor. 3. Suitable for families with kids as all can stay together in an apartment. 4. Host provided snacks and drinking water, bathing soap and shampoo, toothbrush, shaving kit, dishwashing, utensils, towel.

1. Only 1 toilet. 2. The toilet was dirty. Toilet bowl and sink was dirty. 3. Shower area - water flows to the whole toilet and even out the door. 4. The utensils were fine except for the pot and bowls. Pot was not in a useable state, black, and with food stuck to the pot. Bowls were dirt. 5. Part of the unit is run down. Needs patch up work. And toilet sink tap need to be fixed.

Apartment is clean n fully equipped with cup noodles n bottles of water n snacks provided. Maintenance staff is prompt when asked to settle toilet bowl blocked.

Formosa Residence is right at the CENTER of the City View! New Samsung Aircon, with very nice temperature throughout. The room is as per advertised, feels like a feeling of home away from home. This area have a high concentration of Massage Parlour. You can use your google maps to check for the location, but as I am on a family relaxation, I couldn't really go to check out the services of the Massage Parlour. Local food is abundant in the vicinity. There is a Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall, just about 1km easterly direction of this Formosa Residence. At the lift of the Formosa Residence, you can find out the contact number for their Driver Service, ranging from Rupiah 300,000 per 3 hours, to Rupiah 900,000 for 10 hours of Driver Service. If you can, ask for the tallest floor possible, so that you can have a solid view of either the Easterly or Westerly view of Nagoya Hill City Surroundings.

As the building is very new, the sauna is not ready, at 9th floor, but there is a nice pool there with a foyer over looking at the westerly direction of the building, so those people who are getting the easterly view, and come to this floor to see the westerly view, and you would have a very nice location view. Room rules is not for smoking, so, smokers have to open the balcony and smoke outside ^^
