Muy cómodo, limpio y espacioso. La ubicación es ideal

Faltaría una cortina o mampara en la ducha para no mojar todo el baño. El wifi no llegaba al sector de la cama pero no fue un problema para nosotros.

The location is very convenient for someone who travels by bus, since located just opposite to the main bus station. The main tourist attractions are 1-1.5 km away. The host was very kind and helpful and communication was very good.

Room requires quite some improvement - furniture is a bit old. Kitchenette was not provided with all items commonly found in such facilities. Cleanliness was average,

When I say the location is perfect, I mean it!! You will not find closer accommodations to the bus/train station. The bridge and other sights are a short 10-15 minute walk. Tons of food and drink options nearby. Wonderful and comfortable apartment. Quiet, safe apartment. Friendly owner. Great A/C!

The bath towels were quite small and not a ton of extra supplies - toilet paper, blankets, towels, etc.

The location is excellent, as it is just 5 minutes from Mostar main bus station, making it such an easy walk when arriving or leaving the town. It is also close to local sights, attractions and facilities.

The host initially showed us a room, but then offered us a "better room" on their own, indicating that we should follow along with our luggages to check it out. And since it is "better", we accepted the offer, but it turned out that the replacement room does not have the facilities we paid for originally, for example: we need the kitchenette to cook food. However, when asked if it is possible to change back to the first room again before we even use the "better" room, we were told that we made the choice and we cannot change. We do not mind changing room but if this is a better room, it should have the same facilities at the minimum as per our booking. We felt this is an unfair treatment.

Location was great, about 8mins from the town centre

We stayed in the first room (Nana 1) with shower included. Towels were limited and filthy- had stains on them. The bed was the worst part, it was EXTREMELY creaky, mattress was flat with loose springs that could be felt when laying down. The bedcover was so worn out that the colour faded. I found a random sock tucked under the sofa as well. The apartment is located on top of a busy road so it can be very noisy. The host was responsive but not helpful. There were 2 other empty rooms available in the apartment which we could have moved to but this was never offered, instead she stated she wasn’t aware of the noise as she had been there just few days prior and everything was fine. However, there are reviews dated back to 2023 stating the same issue. Luckily we just stayed 2 nights so it was tolerable but I genuinely couldn’t wait to leave. I wish I could put the video of my sister just sitting on the bed and how much the bed creaked from such a small motion. If you value cleanliness, comfort, or simply getting a decent night’s sleep, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place — or at the very least, avoiding this room.
