Todo perfecto. Amplio, bien dotado, bien situado, muy limpio. De lo mejor que me he alojado nunca. Anfitrión muy atento y amable, facilito muchisimo un cambio en la reserva. Buenas recomendaciones / instrucciones

Favoloso! Apartamento molto bello ! Location stupenda! Il mercato di Olhao a due minuti a piedi dove trovi pesce appena pescato! Vicinissimo dai traghetti che ti portano sulle stupende isole di Armona , Culatra e Farol! Difficile scegliere il ristorante talmente sono buoni e vicinissimi! Parcheggio privato! Grazie Alvaro per tutte le attenzioni! Ci siamo sentiti a casa! Ci torneremo!

De locatie was gewoon perfect.

Access arrangements were very clear and simple. Property was very clean and had large rooms. Location was excellent. Dedicated underground parking space was particularly good, safe and cool! Facilities in the flat were very good, a useful kitchen with everything you need and more. It was very warm when we were there, the A/C was needed and was perfect. We used the very large balcony/terrace which is accessible from the lounge and all three bedrooms. Although we cooked occasionally there are lots of good restaurants within minutes on foot.The host, Alvaro, was extremely helpful, always available and checked in with us occasionally to see that we were happy with everything, which we were.

For us, it lacked nothing, we were perfectly happy.

We stayed in this apartment for 5 weeks and had a wonderful time. The location is excellent: close to the city center and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, yet situated on a quiet street. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and has a well-equipped kitchen. The large balcony offers a beautiful sea view, and the private parking is a big bonus. The host, Álvaro, was fantastic — communication was fast and easy, and a small issue we had was resolved immediately. We highly recommend this apartment!

The apartment is spacious and very clean. Plenty of toiletries are generously supplied. The owner Alvaro was very good at responding when we asked questions and provided plenty of information. He seemed genuine in wanting to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. The apartment is in a great location. We had some delicious seafood meals in nearby restaurants. The beds are comfortable and there is lots of storage. The balcony is good and gets the sun in the afternoon. There is a lift to the apartment which works well. There can be a drains smell in the bathroom at times when it’s windy and raining but it wasn’t too bad. Alvaro did warn us to keep the plug in and that helped. Overall the place was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Large, charming, well located apartment just off the seafront in Olhao. Extremely well equipped. Immaculately maintained, as is the modern block in which it is situated. Access to free underground car parking space. Superb information ‘library’ on all things Olhao and the Algarve more generally. We found the Ria Olhao apartment an ideal place to spend a very happy holiday in what is one of our favourite destinations.

Being ridiculously picky, perhaps the towels (of which there is a plentiful supply) could be of rather better quality.And a small chair in each of the spacious bedrooms would be a plus. But these really very minor points are meant as helpful comments in an otherwise 5* review.

The apartment was very comfortable with an extremely well equipped kitchen, underground parking and a lovely west facing balcony. It’s very central just a two minute walk to the daily market, cafes, shops and ferries to the islands. The Olhao market is fabulous for fruit & vegetables and fresh fish!
