Le bailleur loue le logement à plusieurs familles. La première arrivée est servi. Les autres se trouvent devant le fait accompli et sans aucune explication ou regret ... Je déconseillée fortement.

Weten we niet. Ging niet door omdat wij niet hadden bevestigd dat wij aankwamen. VERHUURD AAN ANDEREN. Wel netjes behandeld door de eigenaar. Hij liet ons een andere appartement zien maar die was op een afgelegen plek. Slecht bereikbaar.

Dat weten we niet. Ze hadden Verhuurd aan anderen.

"The place is very convenient and affordable."

The place was very good and accessible. Near also to shopping malls and nearby restaurants. If you want to stay in Panjim area and not in beach resorts, this place is for you. Price was also reasonable with all the amenities inside. I was able to work with our research samples as the place was spacious enough inside (see photos). Truly recommendable.

"Hopeless. Avoid."

Clean sheets - that can not be said for anything else.

This property is not a penthouse - a third floor apartment and a separate fourth floor apartment. Out the door and around the corner is a grotty terrace and grottier laundry. Falsely advertised. Filthy. Broken furniture, door handles, locks and air conditioner. Dilapidated. A health hazard and electrical nightmare. Toilet roll holders - no toilet paper supplied?? Plastic sports rubs for towels. Booking.com have not done due diligence here. Owner accuses booking.com people of not turning up??? Maintenance maintenance, maintenance.
