GBWe booked last minute but they were very accommodating
GBQuiet location, close to Picton centre. Anne the host was lovely. Room was very spacious. Bed was soft and comfy. Shower was good. Bread, butter, jams, cereal, and milk for breakfast. Facilities in the kitchen were sufficient for basic cooking needs, including a microwave and Airfryer. There was plenty of tea and coffee. We could use the pool and jacuzzi, which we would have done if we were staying longer.
Nothing negative to say. We were happy with the accommodation.
NZWe liked the look of the property and the outdoor area was great.
The chlorine in the pool was so strong that it stung all of our skin. We were also under the impression that there was a full kitchen so bought food to cook that we couldn’t. We also were under the impression that it was a one bedroom guest house not a studio. We travelled with a toddler and it made it quite difficult at bedtime. I would highly recommend changing the description to how it truly is and updating photos to current ones.

SGIt's quiet in the outskirts away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The host, Paul is extremely hospitable and go all out to ensure that I have a good stay here.
The only challenge is the location of the property as it is located along State Highway 1 without clear visibility of the motel name. You need to look out for the address number instead. Else all is good.

HRA bit unconventional, but I loved that we didn't have any contact with the hosts. They were exceptionally unavailable and we were tired so that turned out nicely. It was warm and peaceful, lots of space and a magnificent view. We would love to have stayed more than one night
Easy to miss while driving and not shown on Maps under this name.
