Location was perfect and it was spacious too. The host was wonderful, could not be more helpful! Have a coffee in his cafe under the apartment too

Det var centralt och värden var hjälpsam och mycket trevlig. Hjälpte till att få oss att känna oss hemma i Pompeji. Bra luftkonditionering och bra sängar.

Toalettsitsarna var i barnstorlek, mjuka och fluffiga och alldeles för små för toaletterna svårt att sitta på dem. Varmvattnet tog slut snabbt i duschen.

Very well located, clean and spacious appratment. Short walk from 2 Pompei train stations, about 2 km from Pompei Scavi. Shopping, restaurants and cafeterias just around the corner. Walking distance to archeological park. Host was very friendly ready to help with anything we needed.

Cleaning

Alessandro was very attentive during the arrival process.

We went in mid-January, 1 night. Terrible experience. Although I appreciate all the attention that Alessandro gave us when we arrived, the apartment was not adequate, at all. The photos look much better than the apartment in its current state -The heating did not reach the indicated temperature. (only a slight breeze came out) and we were very, and super cold all night.  -Everything that has covers on it is damaged or very dirty (bed backs, armchairs, chairs, etc.).  -Dining room chair torn. -The sheets and pillowcases in the room with bathroom were not clean, they smelled bad (and had holes in them). -The electricity was cut off twice when we turned on the water heater to have a tea. -The closets could not be used because they were full of bed linen (some very dirty). -The dresser in the living room was full of things (even a toilet seat broken!?). -The plastic toilet seats are very small and uncomfortable.  (it is like a toy or for children). If you sit down, they sink and come out of the fixings. He have several comments regarding this on booking. (since April 24) and still, they are the same. -Quite a bit of dust on the nightstand and the access furniture. We got the impression that someone lives there permanently and they left it very quickly so we could get in. (It was a reservation from one day to the next). Which can be normal, as long as the apartment is properly prepared to receive guests, which was not the case. I chose this apartment because it had good reviews, but apparently it's not what it used to be. It has been the worst accommodation we have had, in almost all my trips ( And I am a frequent traveler...)., Without a doubt the worst in Italy this time. I do not recommend it to anyone, at least in the winter season, or as a last-minute reservation.
