Town Hall Lofts, Settle

Location is perfect. View is brilliant. Was decently quiet. Space configuration is very nice and is homely. Amenities were good.

Level of cleanliness around the bathtub could have been better. Could really use a refresher on paint and upholstery. These items were distinctly dingy.

Roomy, bright, good beds, excellent location, clean, lovely old building.

Maybe some more glasses would be appropriate and some basics like salt and pepper, oil, toilet paper. We would have liked an outdoor space, but knew this beforehand of course.

Perfect location in the centre of Settle, great for facilities and close enough to the 3 peaks

The bed were a little too soft, I sleep on a very hard mattress at home

The pillows on the single bed have seen better days and smelled

if you provide sleeping accommodation for 4, please provide 4 wine glasses! The kitchen and bathroom were functional but could use updating.

Location was excellent. The apartment was large and well laid out with a fabulous view of the square. The information given was a great help regarding the car parking, The Golden Lion and Ye Olde Naked Man Cafe. We would definitely book again.

The biggest disappointment was the broken shower head. Quite unacceptable when it had obviously been spotted before we arrived because someone had used a cable tie to try and hold it in place which did not work.
