Lejligheden var ikke ren. Køkkenlåger og køleskabshåndtag er fedtede. Elkedel er rustent/ tilkalket med brunt kalk på. Kaffemaskinen er ikke afkalket, og der er et muggent kaffefilter i kaffemaskinen. Der er okker/ kalk på fliser og badeforhæng. Toiletbrættet er der gule indtørrede pletter på. Spisebordstolene er fyldt med fedtpletter og det ligner nogen har tisset i stolen. Der er store skjolder på stolene. I det ene værelse med sovesofa ligner det, at der er skimmelsvamp. Der er en stor mørk plet på væggen. Vi overnattede aldrig, da der var hår på hovedpuder og på gulvet. Døren kunne ikke låses udefra, hvilket ville have betydet, at vi ikke ville kunne forlade lejligheden.

The apartment was excellent and exceeded expectations. The location is perfect, very close to the city center, with a bus stop right in front of the building which made getting around very easy. The Flatiron building itself is modern, very clean, safe, and well maintained, and the apartment matches that same high standard. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and has everything needed for a pleasant stay. The host was very welcoming, responsive and helpful throughout the visit. The place feels quiet despite being so central and is a great base for exploring the city.

Everything was perfect,the building was very luxurious, parking is available and easy to find ,the apartment is spacious clean and very modern,the host is very nice and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, and very good price for the value

The building and location are fantastic. The host is also communicative and willing to assist. There is a lot nearby regarding groceries, ATM's, cafe, restaurants and a bus stop. There is also a small casino on ground floor for those interested. The tourist sites like the plaza, square, old town and fortress are about 10 minutes walk. Some rare and added bonuses to this apartment is the filtered water machine and the clothes dryer. The apartment is a large size. Having the front door manned by someone is useful. Wifi was strong through the entire apartment.

The unit can use some minor repairs and some appliance replacement. The only A/C is in the living room which could be an issue in Summer months.
