Dirty accomodation. Pictures did not match what's being advertised. Plugs rusted. Walls dirty. Very noisy

My host was friendly, professional, helpful and answered questions without delay, and made checking in so easy. I had a wonderful view over False Bay. The property was clean and I really liked everything about it. Reception staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.

As other guests checked in and out, I noticed some noise.

The location, great view. The room was fine

the clock had no batteries, small thing but still. The one socket didn't work, the soap holder at the bath was loose. Small maintenance things

The condition of the unit is very very old. The cutlery has germs from the plastic edge to the metal.The oven is disgusting and a health risk full of rust and mould. the bathroom ceiling has mould and the plastic old shower curtain had mould and and dirt. The large blanket in the cupboard needs a wash.The unit has loads of old plastic flowers thst need a wash or be thrown away

It was in an unsafe area. The toilet leaked and the TV was smashed.
