Aster Hotel Near Mumbai Airport

When I reached the hotel i was told that there was no room available for me. But they have offered me another accommodation nearby named Hotel Adam's Inn. I reluctantly agreed to move to Hotel Adam's Inn. The room I got in Adam's Inn is small and without any window or ventilation. The bed was comfy. Breakfast was provided in the room and tasty but there was no space to have the breakfast other than on the bed. The bathroom was small but okay with a functioning hot water facility. Room wifi was good. The front desk staff were cordial. The Hotel is near the Mumbai airport

Tiny room without any proper ventilation. It was suffocating to stay inside. Not good value for money. No lift facility

Location of the hotel, easy to locate and peaceful area. Hotel staff is helpful and reception staff very helpful and polite.

Aucun rapport avec la photo de votre site. Très cher, petit, pas de fenêtre. On a dormi dans un placard. Ne recommandez pas . Minable!

Nothing , I arrived at the time agreed , there was no one on reception , when I did locate someone he told me the hotel was full and I had no room . I was told the owner gave my room to a friend , after travelling for 20 hours I was disgusted by this , after 1 hour they found me another hotel nearby . Would not touch this place with a bargepole !

The staff seemed to find my situation funny , which made the situation worse

Je n'ai rien aimé de particulier. Il y avait de l'eau chaude.

Le personnel ne m'a pas mis en confiance du tout, on sent qu'ils peuvent être malhonnete. D'ailleur je leur ai demandé si ils faisaient la laundry et m'on demandé 600 roupies pour 6 caleçon et 4 autres vetements. Ca pue vraiment partout, j'ai eu droit à une chanbre sans fenêtre (ce qui arrive) completement détruite, le dressing tombé mangé par les insectes, la télé était cassé, le porte manteau cassé, la climatisation trés sale , les murs rongés par l'humidité. Une sensation et odeur d'humidité plus odeur de tabac. Pas de ménage particulier, toutes les surface était sales. L'abbatant des toilettes ne tenait pas. Le matelas est trés sale et poussiereux, j'ai eu un doute sur la présence de puces de lit actuellement et dans le passé. Coussin trés sale aussi. On a envie de vite en finir. Je ne vous conseil absoluement pas d'aller la bas.
