Llegamos a las 23 horas y no están preparadas nuestras habitaciones y dos amigos tuvieron que ir a otro hotel porque no tenían más habitaciones, así que a las 1de la noche nos dieron las habitaciones dijeron que al otro día nos las darían en este hotel pero nosotros habíamos reservado una habitación con dos camas y no tenían, así que otra vez nos acostamos a la una de la noche. Las habitaciones no tienen ventanas

The hotel is located below the Saki Naka metro station (gate nr 5), which is really convenient. It is a short ride away from T2 (international terminal). The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

Not a critique, but this hotel is located in a congested part of Mumbai. During the day and evening, traffic in the vicinity of the hotel can be really slow.

Staffs are SUPER NICE. But the overnight staff doesnt speak English. However, they are gentle men. Very helpful and kind people.

Its very dirty and I was disappointed. They changed bedding in front of my eyes. They reuse the bedding drapes (of the old guests) instead of changing to the brand-new one for me. And the food is every where in the room. The pillows are BROWN. I didnt even use pillows. The floor is super dirty, dead insects as well. No hot water. Very cold Around 5-6am, the overnight staff will get up and prepare for new day. So loud. We can hear them talking . Breakfast is 8am. It was a simple and nice one. Dont expect much. However, i didnt have breakfast the first day cause they mistakenly telling me its served at 9am (but its 8).
