I recently stayed at Aster Hotel again and was pleasantly surprised to see the positive changes in the overall ambience and environment. The hotel background and atmosphere feel much more refreshed, organized, and welcoming compared to before. It is clear that the management has made genuine efforts to improve the guest experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with all basic amenities properly arranged. Housekeeping standards have improved, and the property feels more hygienic and professionally managed. The calm and peaceful environment made the stay relaxing after a long day. One of the strongest points remains the staff. They were polite, supportive, and always ready to assist with any request. Their attitude and service added a personal touch to the stay, which is always appreciated. The location continues to be very convenient, especially for travelers looking for easy accessibility. Overall, the improvements in ambience along with consistent service quality make Aster Hotel a reliable and comfortable choice. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay again in the future.

I had a great stay at Aster Hotel. The location is amazing — very close to the metro station and near the airport terminal, which makes travel extremely convenient. There are also many nearby places to visit, which is a big advantage for travelers. The room was clean, staff was helpful, and overall experience was comfortable. Highly recommended.

The team. They are good. Ashfaq, Ashlam and Kalam were good and helpful.

The environment / surrounding.

Nothing

The room was in very very bad condition. Two to three spiders crawling across the walls. The cupboard had its door stuck on the floor. So I couldn't use it. No toiletries provided. Didn't even provide a water bottle while checking in. No communication between the staff, one of the guys just tried to open the door with the spare key, without even ringing the bell or knocking. Furniture was stained with chutney when checked-in. During the emergency, the bathroom door was stuck, because no proper keys were provided initially. Also the room was really stinky. Fungus was enjoying its stay in the room walls for free. Too overpriced for the facilities given. Really disappointing and sad experience.

Not clean at all. Cockroaches visible every now and then.

Dobra lakalizacja i bardzo pomocnay, miły personel. Bardzo sprawczy. Panowie pomogli z mażeniem bagaży, przynosili jedzenie i herbatę, czułyśmy się zaopiekowane:)

Pokój, który dostałam, był bez okna i nie miał żadnej cyrkulacji powietrza, w efekcie był tam zapach grzyba i pleśni. Nie mogłam w nim nocować, a panowie nie rozumieli problemu. Nadal będąc bardzo miłym:)
