Aster Hotel Near Mumbai Airport

The room had a good a/c and geyser. We were able to rest properly.

The bed cushion was pasted using cello tape here and there. It was not comfortable. TV was not working. They did not had any communication even after our prior booking about our early checkin.

The hotel cancelled our reservation on the day we had to check in but after we insisted they had to help is out they found a good solution for us.

It’s completely different from what is shown .. no breakfast available .. no toiletries just 2 medimix soap .. no shampoo conditioner .. I asked for the toothpaste and I was asked to buy it from outside but then they gave me after insisting.tapes in the room.. they are charging way too much .. not at all value for money

The only advantage of this property is that it is located 4km from the airport.

I had intimated the property by email that I will be checking in after 11pm only. My flight was delayed, and I reached the property by 1am. To my shock they told me that no rooms were available although they confirmed that my booking had been received before. After a lot of back and forth with the staff, who said rooms were not available as the person occupying the room before me had not checked out on time, they got me in touch with the owner. I was flabbergasted that he said my room was not kept as I had not called the property before arriving. They acknowledged that they got my email intimating my late check in. I replied that this being an international website it is not required or mandatory to contact a hotel after they confirm your request by email. Still no room was provided. The only thing they repeated was that you can cancel, you will get a full refund. I had to loose my temper before they understood that a refund is not going to get me a room at 1.45 am. After more than half an hour of waiting by which time I desperately wanted to use the wash room, they said they will accommodate me in a nearby property. I was led to a rather seedy looking place with steep steps and no elevator. The room was really teeny. I informed that I will check out the next morning. I took a shower only to find that the soap suds were stuck on the floor for more than 15 minutes before the water drained off. The shower barely has flowing water. I started my shower and To my horror I also realised that no toiletries were provided.. no soap or bath towel. I had to use my clothes to dry myself off. Never book here… they will take you for a ride.

Its a RAT hole. Falls pictures illustrated. Gave a room like a dump room. Wardrobe half eaten by termites. We had to leave immediately out and look for alternative options. Paid in full for the room. When told the guy who we did check in that we are leaving the room and we have not used any of the room facility even a tap, he vanished inside. We left with a Bad impression ever about a hotel.

宿泊当日に突然overbookingでキャンセルと言われました。理由の説明は一切無し。代替先を探すよう努力すると言いながら、連絡なく放置されました。3ヶ月も前に予約したのに、overbookingの際にpriority なし。誠意ゼロ。
