L'entrée et la pièce principale ne sont pas chauffés. Pas de shampoing dans la salle de bain. Pas de fenetre dans la piece principale (pas gênant mais à préciser)

"Olcsó, jó helyen, kicsit lepukkant."

Jó helyen van, belváros szélén, jó közlekedéssel, de drága utcai parkolással (650 HUF/óra). Három hálószoba miatt tágas, és jól szeparált, ideális tinédzser gyerekekkel.

Tisztaság nem tökéletes, a lakás általános állapota idejétmúlt. Konyhában nem működik a fűtés, izzók kiégve, főzőlapot sokáig kell nyomkodni, hogy beinduljon. Tele lehangoló apró hibákkal, amit minimál pénzből, kis odafigyeléssel meg lehetne oldani. A bejárati ajtót kívülről nem lehet bezárni, csak a fém rácsot, szóval ha nem vagy otthon, bárki kinyithatja az ajtót és benézhet a rácson keresztül az előtérbe(?!).

Odličan prostor. Ima sve što ti treba od opreme. Lokacija savršena za šetnju. Laka komunikacija sa vlasnicima.

A kapu bejárat és a lépcsőház nagyon nyomasztó, este mindenképpen. Nem éreztem biztonságban magam, majdnem visszafordultam. A lakás nagyon retró a rosszabbik értelemben. Nagyanyám lakása érzetem volt a bútoroktól, és a gázkonvektortól. Nagyon sokat kell még fejlődni ennek a szállásnak.
