Alapos takarítás egyértelmű hiánya. Falakon felfröccsent szennyeződések, pókhálók. Dohos szag a lakásban. Poharak, tányérok,asztal koszosak. Szekrényben rendezettlenség. Konyhából nyíló mindenes helyiségbe minden be van dobálva koszosan. A fürdőben a zuhanyfejtartó leszakadva. Ágyneműhuzat nem volt friss illatú.
