Mi è piaciuto tutto, la casa accogliente e pulita, i proprietari molto accoglienti, la posizione perfetta a pochi passi dal mare

Forse era meglio chiarire in anticipo che il parcheggio era a pagamento, comunque la spesa irrisoria è la macchina protetta anche dal sole

"Delizioso appartamento a Rovigno"

Delizioso appartamento vicinissimo al centro di Rovigno. Proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Il pensiero di benvenuto è un messaggio di accoglienza. Dall' appartamento si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi il centro della cittadina e, grazie alle bici in dotazione (non per bambini) la spiaggia più vicina. L' appartamento è molto curato e pulito. Dotato di tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno per tre/quattro persone (due adulti e massimo due bambini) . Nei dintorni ci sono supermercati, un ottimo panificio e la farmacia. Il parcheggio messo a disposizione (sempre a pagamento qualsiasi sia l' opzione di prenotazione) si raggiunge in cinque minuti a piedi ed è ad accesso controllato. Consigliatissimo! E Rovigno è splendida.

"Gut erholt!"

In der gut ausgestatteten und sehr sauberen Wohnung mit Schlafzimmer, Wohnküche und Duschbad haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Von den Vermietern wurden wir herzlich empfangen.Zu meinem Geburtstag bekam ich sogar einen wunderschönen Blumenstrauß. Die angebotenen Fahrräder nutzen wir für kleine Touren oder den Weg zum Strand.

Die Straße ist sehr laut. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man davon wenig.

"Nettes Paar. Aber kein weiterer Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung."

Der Vermieter hat auf uns gewartet, obwohl wir ca. 2 Std. später angekommen sind. Er hat uns beim reintragen der Koffer geholfen. Sie sind ein sehr nettes Paar.

Leider sind die Matratzen durchgelegen (müssen ausgetauscht werden). Es war ein extremer Parfümgeruch im Haus und in der Wohnung. Am nächsten Tag hat man bemerkt das das Haus einen muffigen Geruch hat. Das Haus liegt an der Hauptstraße zur Promenade und es laufen viele Leute am Fenster vorbei.

Gute Lage zum Zentrum und zum Strand. Mit dem Fahrrad das man gratis benutzen kann sind es nur einige Minuten bis ans Meer oder ins Zentrum.
