MYThe host were very nice and they kept their place neatly
On the day of our arrival. My husband when he o collect the key and after that went to get some drink at the nearby coffee shop. A guy came in a motorcycle snatched my husband’s chain. When he was shouting the security guard was just standing and didn’t even come for help. The security guard was very close by and he didn’t do anything. It was very disappointing but the host helped us to check the cctv and escalated the issue to the condo management.
