RUI like the place; For rate RM145.80 (1 night stay), it’s a good place to visit. The owner are also nice.
The only thing I don’t like is that the parking lot provided for visitors is outside the residence. As a visitor, I had to carry my luggage and other items a long way. Additionally, the floors were a bit dirty and sticky. I’m not sure whether too much soap was used by the cleaner or if someone entered the house with shoes.

Nearest Aeon mall around 10 minutes which is nice. 30 minutes to centre of Johor Bahru if jammed. The owner will personally hand you the keys. Deposit rm100.
