MYThe staff was very polite, as I travel from Penang I didn't know about JB area much, what I find interesting that I found a restaurant nearby guide chart at the house which gives me alot guidance traveling around JB, the guide chart was my go to go guide to get foods and places to travel

MYthe location is easy to access. near to restaurant, grocery and mall.
MYEverything was so fine...its near with town.. Its really recommended for those who are invited to UTM convocation because its near with UTM.. The facilities are good..view from house are nice.. The owner responded very well and fast ...and everything i rate 5 star..But only 1 thing.. Perhaps owner can add more mirrors and also show the qibla for muslim guest.
