"Permanenza senza pensieri"

La struttura si distingue per l’ottima posizione,il buon livello di pulizia e la facilità nel reperire le chiavi. L’appartamento è composto da due camere doppie con bagno privato e una camera singola, anch’essa dotata di bagno privato, ed è provvisto di tutte le comodità necessarie per garantire un soggiorno piacevole. E' dotato di AC in tutte le stanze, lavatrice, asciugatrice e lavastoviglie. Si trova al primo piano servito da ascensore. Il parcheggio in strada un po' problematico ma con un pizzico di fortuna e' possibile posteggiare nelle vicinanze.

Sarebbe opportuno che lo staff si attenesse alle tempistiche di addebito indicate nei termini e condizioni di pagamento, in particolare nel caso di prenotazioni cancellabili e rimborsabili. Nel mio caso, infatti, la banca ha rifiutato una richiesta di addebito pervenuta con diversi giorni di anticipo rispetto alla data prevista. Ciò ha comportato un’intensa comunicazione via posta elettronica, con ripetute notifiche da parte di Booking che segnalava la possibile cancellazione della prenotazione in caso di mancato pagamento. Dopo aver contattato direttamente la struttura tramite messaggio, la situazione è stata risolta. Oltre all’importo previsto per il soggiorno, è richiesta una caparra a titolo di deposito cauzionale, che viene restituita al termine della permanenza; tuttavia, è spesso necessario sollecitare la struttura per ottenere conferma dell’avvenuta elaborazione del rimborso.

The apartment was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. We particularly liked having so many bathrooms and that the kitchen was well equipped.

This is not a reflection on the flat, but on trash days, it was difficult to navigate the surrounding streets with the stroller because the sidewalks are not very large. I would still definitely recommend the flat.

Appartamento spazioso,accogliente e ben organizzato. Ci sono tutti i comfort come lavatrice, lavastoviglie, macchinetta del caffè. Vicino alla fermata del pullman Balluta 1041 da cui prendere i pullman per La Valletta e ogni altra località.

Bardzo blisko do komunikacji miejskiej, z której można dojechać w kazdy zakątek Malty. W pobliżu sklepy spożywcze z dużym wyborem produktów. 4 łazienki pomocne w porannej organizacji dnia 😉 miły i bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem 😀

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja- blisko jest plaża, 3 sklepy w tym całodobowy i przystanki komunikacji.Super wyposażenie kuchni, przejciowki do kontaktów, pralka i suszarka okazały się przydatne po ulewie która nas złapała. Szybki kontakt z Panią obsługującą mieszkanie. Mieszkanie duże w zupełności wystarczające naszej 6 osobowej grupie. Dobry stosunek ceny do jakości.

Myślę, że trochę przydałoby się odświeżyć już mieszkanie bo miało się wrażenie że jest już nie do końca czysto poza tym jest to dość ciemne mieszkanie. Oczywiście cena to rekompensowała ale jeśli mam szukać minusów to właśnie czystość i kilka niedoróbek, kran w kuchni itp.
